Frequently Asked Questions

What industries or mining operations do you typically serve?

We primarily support the mining industry, with a deep focus on surface mining operations running large Electric Drive Trucks (EDTs) and other heavy equipment.

Our customers include:

Copper mines

Coal mines

Iron ore operations

Gold mines

Aggregate & quarry operations

Rare earth & specialty material mines

In addition to mining, we also assist companies in:

Heavy construction

Industrial material handling

Rail & port equipment

If it’s big, heavy, and critical to production — we’re built to support it.

How does your Exchange Program work?

Think of it like a relay race — you send us your component, we hand you a fully rebuilt one ready to get back in the game. Here’s the handoff: 1. You place an order — we ship you a ready-to-run component from our exchange inventory. 2. You return your core — your used component comes back to us for inspection and rebuild. 3. We inspect & credit — if your core meets our criteria, any applicable core charge is credited back. If not, we’ll contact you with options. This keeps your equipment running with minimal downtime, while we keep the rebuild cycle moving. Simple. Fast. Efficient.

Do you offer OEM and Aftermarket parts?

Yes — because one size doesn’t fit all.We stock both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for those who want factory-spec performance, and high-quality aftermarket options for customers looking for value without compromising reliability. Not sure which is right for your repair? We’ll help you choose the best fit for your equipment, budget, and application.

Can you reverse engineer obsolete or hard-to-find parts?

Absolutely — it’s one of our specialties. When the OEM stops making it, we don’t stop fixing it. Our team can reverse engineer worn, obsolete, or impossible-to-find components using precision measurements, 3D scanning, and solid engineering know-how. Whether it’s a one-off or a recurring need, we can bring that part back to life — often stronger and more serviceable than the original.

What’s the typical turnaround time for repairs and re-manufacturing?

It depends on the component and the scope of work, but here’s a good rule of thumb: Standard repairs: typically 2–4 weeks - Complete remanufacturing: typically 4–6 weeks. Of course, if parts availability or unexpected issues arise, we’ll communicate that up front. If you're in a bind, ask about expedited options — we know that downtime costs money, and we’ll do everything we can to keep you running.

Do you offer on-site inspections and diagnostics?

Yes — when the equipment can’t come to us, we bring the expertise to you. Our technicians can perform on-site inspections, diagnostics, and preliminary troubleshooting to help you assess the condition of your components before a full teardown or repair. Whether it’s a pre-planned service visit or an urgent need in the field, we’re ready to support your operation — right where the work happens.

Can you help with equipment upgrades or performance upgrades?

Absolutely. Repairing is just part of what we do — we also help customers improve and upgrade their equipment. Whether you’re looking to increase durability, extend service life, or boost performance, our team can engineer and implement targeted upgrades — from improved materials to redesigned components to better-than-OEM solutions. If you’ve got a problem that keeps coming back, or a component that’s not keeping up with the demands of your operation, let’s talk. We’re in the business of making equipment work harder — and smarter.
